how it works
Two boundaries, one timer.
A web page cannot block an app, and an app cannot see inside your tabs. Atti stands on both sides and keeps them on the same session.

Hides distracting programs when they jump to the front. The timer stays on screen — drag it wherever it is out of your way.

Blocking the whole browser achieves nothing if the browser is where you work. So Atti splits the job: sites are blocked inside the browser, programs outside it.
privacy
Atti does not know what you browse.
- The browser enforces the rules
- Atti declares what to keep out and never inspects traffic. There is no path by which it could see your browsing.
- The app reads only the frontmost program name
- Never the window title — titles would need screen recording permission. That is why macOS never prompts you.
- Everything stays on your disk
- No account, no server, no sign-in. Nothing to breach, either.
