Privacy policy

Atti collects no data. There is no server, no account and no analytics — there is no place for anything to end up.
What is stored
Your list of blocked sites, the tasks for the current session, the timer state and your settings. All of it goes into extension storage on your device and never leaves it. Uninstalling the extension removes this data with it.
What Atti does not do
- It sends no data to any server.
- It does not read the contents of the pages you visit.
- It does not record your browsing history.
- It uses no analytics, no advertising and no cookies.
- It shares nothing with third parties, because there is nothing to share.
Permissions, and why
- storage
- Saves your list of blocked sites, session tasks and timer settings — on your device.
- alarms
- Counts down the session. Without it the timer would stop whenever the browser put the extension to sleep.
- declarativeNetRequest
- Hands blocking rules to the browser. The extension never sees network traffic; the browser enforces the rules.
- host_permissions: <all_urls>
- Required by the browser in order to redirect a blocked address to the block screen. Atti does not read page contents.
Changes
If Atti ever starts handling data differently, this page changes before the release that introduces it — not after.
